Kitchen: Well appointed kitchen complete with a gas stove and full-sized fridge. Everything from blender, rice cooker, coffee maker/grinder to new pots and pans.
Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with beautiful new linens, plenty of pillows (both foam and feather), closet, dresser, and a newly-installed second mini-split. Local southwest art adorns the walls.
Living Room: Cozy yet comfortable with a leather sleeper sofa (upgraded with a thicker 4.5 inch memory foam mattress), TV and tasteful modern art adorning the walls.
Bathroom: Walk-in shower (no tub), with beautiful gray & white high-end tile. The toilet and sink are spotless. Towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided.
Laundry: A brand-new washer and dryer for use. Soap provided.
WiFi: Fast WiFi is available.
Hot Tub: A relaxing hot tub is available for use. Please note that the hot tub is on the property next door through a private gate. The hot tub is shared with other tenants who reside next door, but it is not shared with any of the other units on my property. The hot tub is drained and cleaned monthly, and set at 104 degrees.
Pool: The pool is also next door through a private gate. Like the hot tub, the pool is shared with tenants who reside next door, but it is not shared with any of the other units on my property. The pool is solar-heated, so it will be chilly in the winter. There are no lights in the pool, so it can be dark if you are swimming at night. However, there is soft lighting on a timer in the evening around the pool/hot tub area for added ambience. Pool towels and robes are provided.
Pets: Pets are welcome! The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for walking with a small “pocket” park directly across the street. The entire property is gated so your pets can safely explore the grounds around the home.
Parking: There is one covered parking spot next to the house behind a secure gate where you can park your car. In addition, there is plenty of room for cars on the street.
Outside: There is a small table out the back door next to the propane BBQ, and a large brick patio area with another table & umbrella that seats four people. There are several unique cacti and flowering plants, and you might spot a few cardinals if you are lucky. A fire pit is also available for evening fires. Wood is provided.
Location: This property is a gorgeous and peaceful oasis right in the middle of Tucson. Located in the Palo Verde neighborhood, you will be close to everything. It is a 5-min drive to the University of Arizona and Banner Medical Center, and a 10-min drive to downtown Tucson.
Other: A “pak-n-play” and a portable work desk are available upon request.
Capacity: This home is a smaller house. While it can sleep up to 4 people, it may be more comfortable for 1-2 guests.
