Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, large pantry, and countertop bar. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need — including a rice cooker, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and more.
Dining Room: As part of the open concept, the dining room is next to the living room & kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats four. Or, you can eat at the bar-top next to the kitchen.
Living Room: This open-concept condo features high ceilings and provides beautiful natural light through the skylight. There is a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a leather sleeper sofa (double), and a super comfy leather rocking chair to relax in.
Bedroom #1: Spacious with a comfy queen bed, walk-in closet, private adjoining bathroom with shower, room-darkening blinds, and is furnished with a dresser, bedside table, desk, and office chair.
Bathroom #1: This newly-renovated bathroom is off the first bedroom. It has a beautifully tiled shower, new fixtures, and plenty of natural light.
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, a bedside table, room-darkening blinds, a small desk, and a chair. It has a closet, too.
Bathroom #2: Also newly-renovated with new tile and fixtures, this bathroom has a bathtub - perfect for pampering yourself after a long day!
Laundry: There is a new high-end washing machine and dryer in a separate room off the kitchen. There is a door you can close to minimize any noise from the machines. Loads of storage space in this room as well.
WiFi: Fast Wi-Fi is available.
Pets: Pets are welcome! The neighbor is quiet & the outside area is gated, so pets can be in the front yard space unleashed.
Parking: There are two private parking spots in front of the condo that you can use. Both spots are in the shade.
Outside: The front space has a small private table and two chairs, as well as a propane BBQ grill. The complex has a gated private pool that is solar-heated and open for your swimming pleasure, 24/7. Pool towels and sun chairs are provided.
Location: Escondido means “hidden” and this condo complex is nicely tucked into a quiet, established, central neighborhood in Tucson. It is truly a “hidden” gem. It’s a short walk to the Trader Joe’s grocery store, a 10-minute drive to Tucson Medical Center, and a 15-20 min drive to both Banner Hospital at the University of Arizona & to the downtown area.
Capacity: Lots of storage space and comfortable for up to 6 people.
