Pets: Pets are welcome! The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for walking with a small “pocket” park directly across the street. The entire property is gated so your pets can safely explore the grounds around the home.
Parking: There is private parking next to the home, off the street.
Outside: There is a private patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, as well as a small deck off the front to enjoy your morning beverage.
Location: This property is a gorgeous and peaceful oasis right in the middle of Tucson. Located in the Palo Verde neighborhood, you will be close to everything. It is a 5-min drive to the University of Arizona and Banner Medical Center, and a 10-min drive to downtown Tucson.
Capacity: Although the use of the space is well organized, this home is only 300sf. It is most comfortable for just 1 person.
