Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, induction stove top, and full-sized fridge. Please note there is no oven, but a countertop toaster/air fryer combo unit is provided.
Bedroom: A spacious bedroom is just beyond the barn door furnished with a double (full) bed, light-blocking blinds, and a new heat pump/mini split A/C for a comfortable sleep. There is also plenty of storage including a dresser, wardrobe, and storage containers under the bed.
Living Room: Furnished with a leather love seat, and a drop-leaf table suitable for one or two people.
Bathroom: Full-sized bathroom. The granite countertop and custom-tiled shower give this bathroom an elegant feel. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Laundry: There is an in-unit stackable washing machine/dryer.
WiFi: Fast WiFi is available.
Pets: Pets are welcome! The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for walking with a small “pocket” park directly across the street. The entire property is gated so your pets can safely explore the grounds around the home.
Parking: Private off-street parking along side of the house is available, along with an EV charger if needed. (Free to use!)
Outside: There is a private patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, as well as a small porch. Local cacti and shade trees provide a peaceful desert atmosphere.
Location: This property is a gorgeous and peaceful oasis right in the middle of Tucson. Located in the Palo Verde neighborhood, you will be close to everything. It is a 5-min drive to the University of Arizona and Banner Medical Center, and a 10-min drive to downtown Tucson.
Capacity: Although the use of the space is well organized, this home is only 380sf. It is most comfortable for 1-2 people.
